Jenner explained that the concern first appeared during one of her annual Prenuvo full-body scans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Jenner, doctors initially detected a very small area on her ovaries that they decided to monitor over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThey saw a little tiny tiny spot on my ovaries,\u201d Jenner said<\/a> during the interview. She recalled being told, \u201c\u2018We\u2019ve got a spot. We\u2019re going to keep an eye on it.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAfter menopause, you\u2019re not ovulating,\u201d Dr. Aliabadi said<\/a>. \u201cSo, you\u2019re not supposed to have anything growing on your ovary.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She explained that some cysts can remain stable and harmless, but continued growth often leads doctors to recommend removal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cNow, if it\u2019s stable and it stays stable, most of them are benign,\u201d she explained<\/a>. \u201cYou can watch, but if anything grows in the ovary, I don\u2019t like it.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
